D & N Plumbing Services Pty Ltd is committed to providing you with the best possible customer service experience.
D & N Plumbing offers free delivery and appliance connection in most Australian metropolitan areas, as well as selected regional centres.
To find out if free delivery is available in your area, enter your postcode and select your suburb underneath the Add to Cart button on the cart page.
Once you've entered your postcode and selected your suburb, delivery information for your area will be added to our product pages.
If delivery is not available in your area, please contact our team on 1800 00 50 22 to discuss your options.
We always try to ensure that the stock levels shown on our product pages (after you've entered your location) are accurate, but they remain subject to change without notice.
Your order will be delivered from the nearest available warehouse. If there are any delays or other problems at all with your order, our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible, and pass on any information from the manufacturer as soon as it becomes available.
Can you request a delivery time or date?We deliver on all working days (Monday - Friday) in metropolitan areas
We usually deliver during business hours, though in selected zones we deliver as early as 9:30am and as late as 5:00pm.
How we deliver
In metropolitan areas and selected regional centres, our team will deliver your appliances using our own trucks.
If your delivery is being made on one of our trucks your driver will call on the morning of delivery before 10am with an approximate 2-hour delivery window, and again 1 hour before the delivery takes place.
If your delivery is scheduled for 8am or earlier (deliveries can be made as early as 6:30am), your driver will call you as they leave the warehouse, making every effort to give you as much notice as they can. Our drivers will need to see a photo ID of the person who placed the order (or that person's representative). All deliveries must be signed for.
Change of delivery details
If you need to change a delivery date or the delivery address, please contact our Customer Service Team on 1800 00 50 22 at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
What happens if you are not home to accept delivery?If we find a delivery address is unattended then we'll leave a contact calling card so another delivery day can be organised.
In areas where we offer free delivery by our team, we can also assist you with the connection and installation of your appliances.
